Part-Time Member Associate

 

Summary:   

Kitsap Credit Union is hiring a part-time, hourly Member Associate to work out of our East Bremerton, and Bremerton Harborside locations with a hiring bonus of $500 available.  The Member Associate is responsible for assisting  members with  financial transactions and new accounts as well as offering and demonstrating all digital, remote and self-serve options.  Additional duties of this position will include developing relationships, mastery of product knowledge and needs-based service.

 

Typical Job Duties:   

  • Assist members with their financial needs, new accounts, and transactions
  • Identify, develop, and close business relationships to build market position
  • Understand and recommend products and services based on the member’s need
  • Educate and introduce current and new members to new products and services, self-service, and assisted self-serve options
  • Promote and effectively demonstrate digital, remote and self-serve options, with continual education as new products and digital services are introduced

 

Seniority level: Entry-level Individual Contributor

Reports to: Branch Manager

Employment Type: Part-time, Hourly

Working hours: 20 hours a week; availability to include minimum of 4 hour shifts between the hours of 9-4 Monday through Friday and 9-1 on Saturdays

Starting Wage: $17.21/hr

Grade: 5

Basic Qualifications:
