Provides Operational support and assistance to all areas of the Credit Union utilizing Rogue Credit Union’s Service Promises. Ensures timely and accurate information to internal members. Completes operational duties, and provides answers to team members through the helpline.
50% Provides exceptional internal member service experiences through the helpline, email, or any other channel in a friendly and professional manner using the Service Promises to assist, educate, empower and complete members’ requests. Provides unsurpassed external member service to resolve and complete members’ requests promptly and accurately. Assist with reviewing and answering questions relative to payment disputes, Automated Clearing House (ACH), checking and operational inquiries.
30% Completes all duties including but not limited to processing or handling: wires, verification of deposits, social security verification, card order requests, instant issue, and assist delivery team members with balancing. Audits signature cards and file maintenance reports, and completes research request and daily check review and processing. Maintains basic knowledge and handles administrative tasks for critical programs, including the Credit Union’s primary internal operating system and delivery teams’ systems, applications, and software.
15% Maintains knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services. Stays current with technical knowledge of all member delivery teams’ operating systems to provide knowledgeable assistance to internal members. Actively cross-trains with Operations and Payments Services sub-teams to expand knowledge and provide backup support as requested.
5% Proactively performs other job duties as assigned.
