As a progressive financial institution, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to fulfill the role of Marketing Manager at our Emerald St. Administrative Office in Boise or Mountain Home Administrative Office.
Pioneer Federal Credit Union’s Marketing Manager’s main responsibility is to improve the credit union’s competitive position in the market while aligning with its mission and business plan. Responsible for planning, implementing, and managing marketing activities to promote and sell Pioneer’s products and services. This role plays a crucial role in developing marketing strategies, driving brand awareness, and generating revenue. The Marketing Manager will oversee the Marketing team, the various marketing channels (print, online, events, social media, etc.), collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze market trends to identify opportunities in the communities we serve.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive advertising, sales, and marketing plans and strategies to meet and exceed Pioneer objectives by conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, member needs, and potential areas for growth. Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, sales materials, and digital content. Oversee Pioneer’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics, KPIs, and ROI to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Through collaboration with our Business Plan and Executive Team, identify target audiences and develop member segmentation strategies.
- Develop and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Manage and guide a team of marketing specialists. Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.
