Manager, Consumer Lending and Compliance

Job Description:

The Manager, Consumer Lending and Compliance is responsible for daily management and oversight of the credit union’s lending operations, collections, and compliance functions, with a primary focus on leveraging operations to serve needs through safe and sustainable lending in our target markets. This role supports lending strategies to achieve growth targets, expand the credit union’s market share, and drive sustainability while ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory compliance, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), and lending regulations. The role works with other senior management to ensure that lending products and policies align with the credit union’s overall goals, while also delivering a superior member experience and proactively managing risk. A key component of this role is driving innovation and continuous improvement in the lending process, ensuring long-term sustainability and competitive positioning in the market.
