Pay Range

The full pay range is $34.06-$51.09/hour. Depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentives targets vary by role.

We offer a bilingual differential for employees who can assist our members’ financial needs in a second language. Proficiency is subject to passing a standardized verbal assessment. Currently approved languages are Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

We are seeking 2 IT Asset Administrator II’s to join our team! This position manages, controls, and protects the organization’s IT assets throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition. Works with leadership to design, develop, and implement the organization’s asset management strategy.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Tracks company assets within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conducts periodic manual audits to assure accurate record keeping.
  • Establishes and maintains documentation of procedures, processes, and reports concerning asset and configuration management.
  • Generates and distributes various reports on assets and Configuration Items (CIs).
  • Manages the inventory of CIs and assets, including dependencies and attributes, making sure that modifications, withdrawals, and additions of existing ones are correctly recorded by the teams in charge in the tools supplied.
  • Works closely with the Director of Procurement & Asset Management to champion process improvement and efficiency, setting and evaluating key performance indicators at an organizational level.
  • Performs daily and long-term operational management of hardware and software.
  • Performs research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practices.
  • Plans, monitors, and record share ware assets and software licenses to ensure compliance with vendor contracts.
  • Manages the lifecycle of hardware and software from introduction to their retirement.
  • Takes part in various projects, providing support to other ITAM staff.
  • Manages and contributes to the development of existing support systems, centralized enterprise knowledge base, and enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Works with ITAM Management and Risk Management to manage ITAM vendor due diligence.
  • Reviews, approves or rejects ITAM procurement requests.
  • Processes ITAM invoices for payment.
  • Oversees the coordinating, tracking and shipment for ITAM assets.
  • Performs basic technical tasks, including: re-configuring machines for return to inventory, wiping drives, troubleshooting and bench-testing defective equipment to determine extent of damage, and coordinating repairs with staff and manufacturers.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of three (3) years of lifecycle management related to IT assets, or related experience

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • Associates in Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field of study

Preferred Certifications:

  • Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of IT software and hardware.
  • Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local laws, statutes, regulations codes and standards related to the area of responsibility.
  • Knowledge of inventory accounting and recordkeeping.
  • Knowledge of PC operating systems, software and hardware repair and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of providers and vendors of hardware and software.
  • Knowledge of the complete line of products and services offered.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing member services; including member needs assessment, meeting service standards and evaluation of member satisfaction.
  • Proven ability and experience in executing strategic asset management processes successfully.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Skill in negotiations and interpersonal relations.
  • Skill in basic technical troubleshooting of systems.
  • Skill in handling multiple projects at the same time.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Employees have access to disability and AD&D insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our 401k plan. Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.

All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
