Our Home Loans Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of mortgage loan officers, with a strong emphasis on cultivating and maintaining branch and community referral sources. The Home Loan Sales Manager will be a proactive leader who can drive business growth while ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance and maintain high quality service standards.

Job duties include utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to generate referral business, leads, and relationships with our branch partners and external business partners – especially realtors! Directly supervising and mentoring a team of Mortgage Loan Originators to maximize productivity, efficiency, accuracy, and completeness. Promote a member centric approach ensuring that members receive exceptional service throughout the loan process.
