The full pay range is $40.44-$60.65/hour. Depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available. Incentives targets vary by role.
We offer a bilingual differential for employees who can assist our members’ financial needs in a second language. Proficiency is subject to passing a standardized verbal assessment. Currently approved languages are Korean, Russian, Spanish, and Tagalog.

We are seeking a Front End Developer – Marketing to join our team! This position delivers campaigns, communications, and culture to a digital audience. Leverages both coding and creative design skills to build visually engaging and user-friendly web experiences that effectively communicate the brand message and drive engagement and growth.

Responsibilities:
- Designs and develops responsive, dynamic, and accessible web experiences that engage users and align with organizational objectives.
- Creates visually appealing and functional themes and components for HubSpot CMS and Marketing Hub.
- Optimizes websites for technical search engine optimization (SEO), accessibility, and analytics measurement.
- Integrates other internal and vendor code into the marketing website.
- Designs and builds web pages that engage users and follows brand guidelines. Builds and optimizes web and email content as needed.
- Tracks and analyzes website performance data to generate actionable insights, optimizations, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Conducts usability testing, analyzes user feedback, and implements improvements to optimize website performance.
- Ensures website compatibility across different browsers and devices.
- Conducts testing and debugging to maintain the highest level of quality and performance. Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to website functionality.
- Collaborates with the Marketing team and key stakeholders to understand various goals, target audience, and brand guidelines.
- Assists in managing campaigns content creation, inclusive of planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Provides technical expertise and support to the organization as needed, serving as the subject matter expert.
- Stays up to date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve the quality and efficiency of our front-end development process.
- All other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field of study.
- A minimum two (2) years; experience in front-end web development.
- Must be proficient in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Education and Experience Preferred:
- Experience working with the HubSpot CMS platform and HubSpot Marketing Hub.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Experience integrating third-party APIs to enhance web experiences and functionality.
- Proven track record of building high-performing, visually appealing, and user-friendly marketing assets (e.g., websites, landing pages, email templates).
- Knowledge of personalization techniques and experience implementing targeted content and experiences.
- Maintain a strong technical portfolio that showcases a diverse range of front-end development skills and projects.

This position is eligible for Full-Time Regular benefits. Employees and their eligible family members have access to a wide array of employee benefits, such as medical, dental, vision and life insurance coverage. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance is paid at a 100% by company for the employee coverage. We also offer Health Care FSA (HCFSA) and Day Care FSA (DCFSA). Full-Time Regular employees accrue 8 hours of vacation and 8 hours of sick leave, on a monthly basis. Full-Time Regular hired employees also receive 11 paid holidays throughout the calendar year, 1 floating holiday, 16 hours of self-care time, and 16 hours of volunteer time.
All benefits except 401k start the first of the month after 30 days of employment. Employees become eligible to contribute to 401k on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
