Job Description:

If managing and analyzing data to help inform decisions makes your heart skip a beat, this role with the GoWest Credit Union Association might be just the position you are looking for.
Our six-state not-for-profit trade association seeks an experienced Data Support Analyst to support the collecting, handling, and analysis of data. This position is responsible for turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into business decisions.

This position offers the flexibility of working remotely from within one of our regional states (AZ, CO, ID, OR, WA, & WY) or in one of our offices (AZ, CO, ID, OR, & WA).
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business case and success metrics/goals to identify internal and external data that needs to be collected/acquired.
- Collect and acquire new data, convert/transform legacy data, and/or purchase data from primary or secondary/internal or external data sources such as public records, documents, reports, questionnaires, surveys, interviews, and observations.
- Identify collected/acquired data that will help to develop and maintain Salesforce and Tableau dashboards and analytic reports to support future business decisions.
- Support Salesforce data intelligence improvement initiative activities utilizing internal and sourced external data and performance metrics throughout the enterprise.
- Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques to support the development of executive and operational dashboards, reports, projections, models, and recommendations within the Salesforce environment to find strategic opportunities, improve business results, strategy, and tactics.
- Participate in data importing, validation, hygiene, maintenance, and reporting. This includes, but is not limited to, updating and maintaining Credit Union rosters, contacting Credit Unions for missing or inaccurate data, monitoring Salesforce Contact information for accurate settings, and removing duplications.
- Manage and maintain data feeds from external sources, and other platform integrations.
- Ensure quality assurance and accuracy of collected/acquired data.
Our ideal candidate should have keen attention to detail and organizational skills. Multi-tasking and problem solving are a must. Our highly motivated, self-driven candidate must be a critical thinker who can connect data to business strategy and execute in a fast-paced dynamic organization. This position requires a BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics, or equivalent experience. Additionally, database proficiency and three years of Salesforce and Tableau experience.
Salary ranges from $60-$75k base salary, depending on experience. This position is eligible for a variable pay program which has a potential 5% of base salary earnings. Employees (and dependents 50%) are covered by medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability. Employees are eligible to enroll in our 401k plan. New employees will accrue 15 days of vacation and 8 days of paid time off. In addition, employees will enjoy eleven paid holidays and two floating holidays.
