Job Description:

Trains and supervises the consumer lending & loss prevention staff
Builds relationships with members to drive business and create loyalty among membership.
Actively contributes and supports corporate and department goals.

Contact members with loan decisions and/or to discuss alternative loan options.
Process loans from application to funding, following policies and guidelines, and ensuring that the necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
Consumer loans & HELOC decisions and processing.

Make recommendations for lending rates and terms.

Assist with lending marketing campaigns throughout the year.

Utilize various communication tools such as secure messaging, texting, email, and phone to communicate with members.
Other duties as assigned.
