We are currently looking for a full-time non-exempt Card Services Specialist to join our team!  In this role, you will perform and coordinate Operations Support functions at a high level of proficiency with a primary focus on assigned delivery channel.

This position will work onsite at the Corporate Headquarters in Springfield, Oregon. The Card Services Specialist is  only eligible for in office/branch arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 6:30pm.

 

COMPENSATION

Base Salary: The full salary range for the Card Services Specialist position is $24.35 to $34.90 per hour, with new hires generally starting between $27.45 to $30.06 per hour, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

POSITION DETAILS

  • Support daily processing tasks for various payment channels, including exception item processing, file transmission, and transaction processing.
  • Assist internal and external members with inquiries about account transactions, errors, corrections, and research requests. Communicate corrections clearly and accurately. Take action to resolve system errors that are discovered.
  • Support dispute and charge-back processes for payment channel within established timeframes.

Required Skills and Abilities include (please see the position description for a comprehensive list):

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • At least two (2) years of card or electronic payments experience; and
  • Must be bondable.
