CapEd’s Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and nurturing personal and business relationships with current and prospective members.  The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, innovative and communicative problem solver with the ability to cultivate strong business relationships. 

Responsibilities also include conducting educational presentations within the community as needed, representing CapEd at various functions to develop new business, and using the analysis of relative statistics to provide direction and recommendations regarding business development strategies.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three years to five years of similar or related experience
  • A two-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience and/or education
  • Position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven expertise in building trust, developing partnerships, and accomplishing objectives
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
