We are currently looking for a full-time exempt Branch Manager to join our team!  In this role, you will ensure an exceptional service experience for SELCO’s members, team members and guests; oversee operations, maintenance, and appearance of the branch; and provide leadership to ensure adequate staffing, training, and attainment of sales and service objectives.

This position will work onsite at the Mohawk Branch in Springfield, Oregon. Onboarding and training will take place at the Gateway and Thurston branches, with placement at the Mohawk branch estimated to begin in January 2027.  The Branch Manager is only eligible for onsite work arrangements. The successful candidate will need to be available to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am and 6:45pm, with some Saturdays from 10am to 3:15pm.

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

The full salary range for the Branch Manager position is $6,536 to $9,694 per month, with new hires generally starting between $7,594 to $8,634 per month, based on relevant knowledge, skills, education, and experience. This range will be converted to semi-monthly ranges for exempt employees.

Spanish-language differential: Candidates who pass the Spanish language assessment will be eligible to earn an additional $1-$2 per hour.

Incentives: This position is eligible for monthly incentives that range from $5.00 to $75.00, per sold product/service.

Annual Incentive: In addition, all SELCO team members receive an annual incentive based on how well SELCO meets the prior year’s strategic business goals. This incentive is calculated using the team member’s prior year eligible earnings and ranges from 0%-12% (with the average payout over the last five years being 11.07%).

Required Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and
  • At least three (3) years of branch operations experience; and
  • At least two (2) years of supervisory experience; and
  • Must maintain active federal registration with Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System; and
  • Must be bondable.
