Small Credit Union Accelerator Program Spotlight & Focus Group: Learning Partners
Summary
Credit unions of every size are being asked to do more each year, often with lean teams, limited resources, and an ever-growing list of priorities. Whether the challenge involves lending, marketing, member engagement, leadership development, or strategic planning, one of the most valuable resources is learning from peers who have already faced similar challenges.
This interactive session introduces Learning Partners, a new GoWest Small Credit Union Accelerator program designed to connect credit union professionals through focused, peer-driven learning. Each Learning Partners cohort will bring together six to eight professionals from credit unions of varying sizes, geographies, and operating models who share a common area of interest or challenge. Over several months, participants will exchange ideas, compare approaches, and identify practical solutions to real-world issues.
Professionals from credit unions of all sizes are invited to join this session to learn more about the new program and participate in brief peer-learning discussions centered on topics that board members, executives, and staff are actively working to solve today.
