Hosted by Arizona Young Credit Union Professionals (AZ YCUP), this in-person event will explore what it truly means to lead, starting with “Grow Into Greatness,” where participants will learn how leadership is driven by mindset and influence rather than job title. The discussion will then focus on Leadership Development, highlighting the importance of positive attitude and emotional intelligence, goal setting, and relationship building for young professionals stepping into or growing within leadership roles. The event will conclude with a look at the value of mentorship, emphasizing how finding the right mentor and building strong relationships can support personal and professional growth.
