BIOGRAPHY:

Tracie Wilcox is President & CEO of On Tap Credit Union in Colorado, where she has led the organization’s transformation from Coors Credit Union into a thriving community credit union serving Colorado’s Front Range. Since beginning her career as a part-time teller at Olympia Brewery Credit Union nearly 40 years ago, Tracie has remained committed to a simple belief: strong communities are built by bringing people together. Under her leadership, On Tap has expanded its community charter, tripled its assets, completed an award-winning rebrand, and built a culture centered on its K.E.G. of Excellence — Kind. Engaged. Genuine. — and the philosophy, “Listen First. Solve Second.”

A collaborative leader and passionate advocate for the Credit Union Movement, Tracie believes the industry’s greatest strength lies in its willingness to work together. She is dedicated to mentoring emerging leaders, fostering community partnerships, and advancing the cooperative spirit that defines credit unions. Her leadership has been recognized with honors including Colorado Titan 100, celebrating the state’s top CEOs and executives.

Tracie’s commitment to service extends beyond her credit union. She serves on the Boards of Directors for GoWest, the GoWest Foundation, and the Golden Chamber of Commerce, and contributes her industry expertise through Colorado’s Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA). She is also a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute, Western CUNA Management School, and CUES Business Lending, with executive education from the University of Virginia’s Darden School, Cornell University, and The Wharton School.
