BIOGRAPHY:

Taylor Murray is an experienced leader and credit union advocate with more than 25 years of dedicated experience in driving growth and transformation within the credit union industry. Since 2021, he has been at the helm of ServiStar Consulting as Chief Executive Officer, where he has demonstrated a passion for leadership, team development, and the broader credit union movement.

Before leading ServiStar Consulting, Taylor held pivotal positions at Radiant Credit Union in Florida as Vice President of Member Experience and at Affinity Plus in Minnesota, serving as Vice President of Growth & Opportunity and Vice President of Branch Services. His extensive career journey began in his teenage years with Baxter Credit Union in Illinois, where he spent nearly two decades developing his skills in managing sales and service teams, contact centers, business development, and branch operations.

Taylor’s leadership philosophy focuses on inspiring confidence, fostering member-centric strategies, and promoting employee engagement and leadership development. He is skilled at identifying innovative new approaches and guiding his teams through changes with a proactive and thoughtful approach. Taylor’s commitment to continuous self-improvement and his genuine desire to support the growth of those around him are central to his success.

Taylor holds an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, a BA from Columbia College, and is a graduate of the CUES CEO Institute. His innovative approach and contributions to the industry have been widely recognized, including his participation in the Filene i3 program and being named a Credit Union RockStar in 2020.
