BIOGRAPHY:

Tarun Gudz is a bilingual executive with over 20 years of experience leading teams through complex transformation and high-stakes initiatives. With a background of scaling operations across highly regulated industries including financial services, aviation, and utilities, Tarun specializes in the “human side” of change—bridging silos, building consensus, and operationalizing innovation like AI and equity.

As the current Board Chair for Rivermark Community Credit Union, Tarun recently co-led a major governance transformation, aligning two Boards of Directors around a unified vision and strategy. A decade-long Board veteran, she has served on every major committee and was the co-founding Chair of the DEI and Impact Committee. Beyond the boardroom, Tarun is a dedicated mentor, supporting women in project management and executive leadership to amplify their professional impact.
