BIOGRAPHY:

Tammy Ridgwell is Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer at Westmark Credit Union, where she provides executive leadership for Human Resources, Training & Development, and Marketing. During her 30-year career at Westmark, Tammy has had the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles across the organization, beginning in the branch serving members before transitioning into human resources and, more recently, leading marketing. This diverse experience has given her a broad perspective on both the employee and member experience.

Tammy believes the best results come from working alongside talented teams and trusted partners, and she credits the success of Westmark’s initiatives to the collective efforts of those around her. She is passionate about developing people, strengthening organizational culture, and helping credit unions make a meaningful impact in the communities they serve.
