Biography

Shanthi Shanmugam is the Co-founder and CEO of Casap, an agentic AI platform that automates dispute resolution and fraud prevention for financial institutions, and a 2026 Inc. Female Founders 500 honoree. Before Casap, she spent six years at Robinhood, scaling operations through hypergrowth, seeing firsthand how manual processes drained resources and hurt customer experience. She founded Casap to give financial institutions the tools they deserve and deliver faster, fairer outcomes through AI.
