Natalia Schmidt

BIOGRAPHY:

Natália Schmidt (she/her) is the Inclusion and Impact Specialist at OnPoint Community Credit Union, where she leads initiatives that foster belonging, employee engagement, and community connection. Her work centers on developing inclusive strategies, coordinating impactful programs, and amplifying stories that reflect the values of equity and care. With a strong focus on collaboration, systems change, and relationship-building, Natália partners across departments and with community organizations to create meaningful opportunities for involvement and culture transformation.

She brings over a decade of experience in education, coaching, culturally informed leadership, equity, and inclusion strategy across both nonprofit and corporate spaces. Natália has taught language acquisition, led inclusive curriculum design, and mentored staff across organizations on accessibility practices for people-centered culture. She believes that inclusion must be both systemic and deeply human.
