Biography

Mark Rowan is the Chief Technology Officer at Credit Union of Colorado, where he oversees the institution’s technology strategy across digital services, security, infrastructure, and data. With responsibility spanning both innovation and risk, Mark sits at the intersection of emerging technology and the governance, trust, and accountability that financial services demand.

He helped develop the credit union’s AI program, establishing a Center of Excellence, governance framework, strategic roadmap, and security controls to guide responsible, enterprise-wide adoption.
