Kendra Galloway

Biography

Kendra Galloway, CUDE is the Vice President of Process & Partner Innovation at Climb Credit Union, where she leads organizational transformation, strategic initiatives, member engagement, and brand strategy. She oversees enterprise change management, process improvement, vendor partnerships, project implementation, and marketing efforts designed to enhance both the member and employee experience. With nearly two decades of credit union leadership experience, Kendra is passionate about driving innovation, fostering collaboration, and building strong community connections.

She also serves as the Colorado Sister Society Co-Leader for the Global Women’s Leadership Network, bringing credit union professionals together to share ideas, develop leaders, and create meaningful impact in their communities.
