BIOGRAPHY:

Justin Martin is the President and CEO of TAPCO Credit Union in Tacoma, Wash. Justin’s career in credit unions spans over 25 years, with the last five in his current role. During his tenure he has received numerous distinctions from inclusion on multiple Best Credit Union lists to 2024 Best CEO in the South Sound.

Prior to becoming CEO, Justin served in various executive positions including Chief Human Resource Officer, Chief Marketing Officer, and EVP/Chief Operating Officer. Justin is passionate about continuous learning and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Washington University and an MBA from Seattle University.

He is a 2019 graduate of the CUES CEO Institute, a proud alumnus of WCMS, graduating with honors in 2007, and serves on a non-profit board focused on education.
