Biography

Justin Dance is Chief Financial Officer of Connections Credit Union, an Idaho-based credit union focused on expanding financial access for rural and underserved communities. Justin contributes to the credit union’s financial strategy and long-term direction while overseeing its mobile unit team and working closely with colleagues across the organization to bring financial services, education, and support directly into communities that may otherwise be difficult to reach.

Raised on the Fort Hall Reservation and a member of the Shoshone-Bannock Tribes, Justin grew up seeing how geography and limited access to financial services can affect individuals, families, and entire communities. That experience has shaped his commitment to the credit union movement and his passion for developing practical, sustainable ways to better serve rural communities. Justin holds an MBA, a Master of Accountancy, and bachelor’s degrees in finance and accounting from Idaho State University.
