BIOGRAPHY:

Jennifer Anderson-Kapke is VP/Chief Compliance Officer at OnPoint Community Credit Union and an attorney specializing in risk and compliance. Her most recent position was at Capital One, where she was Director of Enterprise Services Risk with a focus on technology and regulators. Prior to that position, she served as VP, Government & Regulatory Affairs Manager at Umpqua Bank. Jennifer also worked for an Iowa Credit Union League CUSO where her responsibilities included delivering national compliance trainings through CUNA. She has deep experience working with regulators, as well as in regulatory change management, reporting, and policies.

Jennifer’s legal education had an emphasis in business law, and she holds a B.A. in Educational Studies. She also holds certifications in Enterprise Risk Management and Sustainable Capitalism & ESG.
