BIOGRAPHY:

Jenn Wade is a dynamic leader in brand strategy and member experience, known for championing bold, data-driven campaigns that spark engagement and drive impact. With over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, Jenn is dedicated to helping credit unions harness the power of data to elevate member experiences and foster a strong, values-driven culture.

Her career began at a digital agency focused on serving credit unions, where she developed a deep understanding of the industry’s unique challenges and opportunities. She then served as Chief Marketing Officer before stepping into her current role as Chief Experience Officer at Copper State Credit Union.

Jenn holds a B.S. in Public Relations from The University of Texas at Austin and an M.A. in European History from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
