Erica Flores
BIOGRAPHY:
Erica Flores has dedicated more than 20 years to advancing the Credit Union Movement, and her impact continues to grow. As Branch Manager at Rivermark Community Credit Union, she leads high-performing teams across two branches while championing financial inclusion for underserved communities.
Her leadership extends beyond day-to-day operations: Erica serves as co-chair of Rivermark’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Panel, helping shape a culture rooted in equality, respect, and advocacy. Recently, she was appointed President of the Pacific Northwest chapter of Juntos Avanzamos/NLCUP, where she supports the advancement of financial inclusion for Latinx communities across Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Erica also brings her vision to education and community development as President of the Columbia Gorge Community College Foundation, ensuring vital scholarship support for local students.
She has forged impactful collaborations with organizations to expand member access to essential services like food, housing, transportation, and health care. Whether she’s facilitating Spanish-language workshops with the Small Business Development Center, teaching financial literacy to Latinx migrant families, or engaging at resource fairs, Erica’s efforts are tireless and deeply rooted in advocacy.
Her dedication, leadership, and passion are instrumental not only to Rivermark and its members but to the broader Credit Union Movement and the communities it serves.
