Cynthia Campbell is a leadership strategist, facilitator, and executive coach with deep experience in financial services and credit unions. As Founder & CEO of Soul Path Leadership, she helps leaders bridge the gap between ambition and authenticity — developing clarity, confidence, and influence.

Her career spans executive roles in credit unions, research organizations, and national financial programs. As COO of BALANCE, she scaled national financial coaching programs. At Tinker Federal Credit Union, she led financial literacy efforts reaching over 20,000 people annually. At Oklahoma Central Credit Union, she drove business innovation and member engagement. While at the Filene Research Institute, she led financial inclusion initiatives, scaling a $110M loan portfolio.

A sought-after speaker and coach, Cynthia specializes in leadership development, business strategy, and financial well-being. She holds an MBA, a master’s degree in Adult Education, and the SHRM-SCP credential. Her work focuses on helping professionals make transformational decisions that lead to meaningful impact.
