Bethany Neimann

Biography

Bethany Neiman is a Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor with more than 20 years of experience at TAPCO Credit Union. She began her career as a teller but knew immediately that she had found her calling. Over the years, Bethany has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Loan Officer, Underwriter, Branch Manager, and Business Services Manager. Today, she serves as TAPCO’s Director of Member Engagement, where she focuses on financial well-being, community outreach, and creating meaningful member experiences.

Bethany holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Central Washington University. Outside of TAPCO, she is deeply committed to her community, serving on the boards of the Gig Harbor Chamber of Commerce and the Gig Harbor Waterfront Alliance. She is passionate about helping ensure a vibrant future for her hometown and the people who call it home.
