Andy Marshall
Biography
Andy Marshall is a dynamic, visionary financial executive with over two decades of leadership experience in the community banking and credit union industries. As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Interra Credit Union, Andy provides strategic oversight and leadership across multiple key functions, including lending, human resources, enterprise risk management, customer experience, and marketing.
Since joining Interra Credit Union in 2014, Andy has played a pivotal role in driving transformation and growth. His leadership as Chief Lending Officer laid the foundation for significant advancements in lending strategies, ultimately earning him a promotion to COO. In this senior executive role, he has successfully overseen all growth and member-facing functions, including retail and commercial services, consumer and residential lending, and wealth services. Additionally, he leads member experience initiatives, including digital strategy, market expansion, and marketing functions. Finally, his leadership strategy efforts in human resources include executive oversight of talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, and security/facilities, ensuring the continuity of Interra’s greatest strength — its people. Most importantly, he is committed to maintaining a culture of excellence, integrity, and being invested in all parts of the organization, internal and external.
Active in his community, Andy currently serves on the boards of Oaklawn Health, Crossroads United Way, Indiana Credit Union League (Examination Committee), Indiana Credit Union Political Action Committee, Raider Nation (immediate past President), and was formerly a 10-year member of the Parkview Boys & Girls Club of Huntington County.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from International Business College and is an alumnus of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. His passion for community financial viability, strategic growth, and member-focused innovation continues to propel Interra Credit Union forward in an ever-evolving financial landscape.
