Stacie Wyss-Schoenborn
Biography
Stacie serves as President and CEO of Central Willamette Credit Union, located in Oregon with assets of $625 million. Central Willamette is keenly focused on ‘Building Better Lives Together’ and Stacie embodies this philosophy by investing time in Rotary, Linn Benton Community College Board of Education, volunteering on nonprofit boards such as: Chair, Good Samaritan Hospital Foundation, Oregon Business & Industry, Albany Area Chamber of Commerce Board Immediate Past Chair. In 2026 she was appointed by the Governor and confirmed by the Senate to serve as Chair of Business Oregon Commission. In this capacity she also serves on Oregon Innovation Council.
As a 25+ year financial services veteran and an avid industry supporter, under Stacie’s leadership Central Willamette has been recognized by Forbes “Best in State Credit Union”, ranking second in the state of Oregon in 2019 and in 2023 the organization was ranked by S&P Global Marketing Intelligence as a top performing U.S. credit union. She a former Oregon Credit Union Legislative Action Committee (CULAC) Trustee and previously the Co-Chair of the Oregon Governmental Affairs Committee.
In 2023 and 2018 she was awarded Oregon Advocate of the Year. She actively seeks opportunities to promote the value, structure and impact credit unions’ make in the communities they serve. Stacie has presented on various topics at credit union conferences and was a featured 2013 ‘Woman to Watch’ by Credit Union Times. A graduate of the CUES Certified Credit Union Executive program, Stacie also holds an MBA from Marylhurst University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
