Biography

Elry Armaza is a credit union executive, strategist, and systems thinker who is most at home behind the curtain helping ambitious ideas become something people can actually experience.

As chief of staff and a member of the eTeam at Orsa Credit Union, he works across strategy, governance, innovation, partnerships, and organizational priorities, connecting people and details that rarely arrive neatly assembled. With roots in industrial engineering and a career spanning research, financial services, and branding, Elry has built a habit of seeing both the whole system and the small things that make it work.

He sees his role as similar to a Broadway show stage manager: translating a visionary director’s intent, getting the lights, music, people, timing, and props working together, and bringing the show to life. The work happens behind the stage, where there are no spotlights, and the reward comes from helping orchestrate something meaningful.
