Quinn Kinzer
Biography
Quinn Kinzer is a Research Associate at Filene Research Institute, where she helps credit union leaders navigate emerging challenges through research and practical insights. Her work spans Filene’s research on next-generation member growth, digital transformation, and differentiation and storytelling. She currently leads the day-to-day work of Filene’s Center for Differentiation & Storytelling, which explores how credit unions can strengthen their unique identity, respond to changing consumer needs, and more effectively communicate what sets them apart.
Quinn brings seven years of research experience and interdisciplinary training in applied microeconomics, consumer behavior, and policy analysis. She holds a PhD in Consumer Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
