Assist members with debit cards, online banking, mobile banking, and account access.

Verify member identification, signatures, endorsements, and transaction documentation.

Follow all cash-control, security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Remain alert for potential fraud, identity theft, suspicious activity, and account abuse.

Work cooperatively with teammates to maintain efficient branch operations and exceptional member service.

Participate in training, team meetings, Credit Union promotions, and community activities.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous customer-service, retail, cash-handling, banking, or credit union experience preferred.

A friendly and professional approach to helping members.
