2027 ACU Governmental Affairs Conference Room Block 

Reserve your hotel room for the 2027 National Governmental Affairs Conference in Washington, D.C. – February 28 – March 3, 2027. 

The 2027 America’s Credit Unions (ACU) National Governmental Affairs Conference (GAC) is one of the most important federal advocacy events of the year for the credit union movement. GoWest credit unions will join advocates from across the country in Washington, D.C., to connect with members of Congress and key federal officials, elevate critical policy priorities, and demonstrate the strength of the credit union difference. 

With the newly sworn-in 120th Congress getting settled, it will be a critical time to be in Washington, DC for the National GAC, and we hope that you and your team are already planning to join your GoWest colleagues in our nation’s Capital for this important gathering of credit union leaders. 

The GoWest room block is now open.  

Rooms are expected to fill quickly, so credit unions are encouraged to secure reservations as soon as possible. This is also a good time to book flights and complete conference registration.

Reminder: Please book only the rooms needed for your credit union team, up to the maximum booking allotment per group, so all GoWest credit unions have an opportunity to access their target hotel. 

Hotel Room Block Details 

The GoWest Credit Union Association block includes the following hotels. Rates apply for reserved nights only, and availability dates vary by hotel. Taxes and additional fees may apply.

How to Book 

1. Select the hotel you would like to reserve.
2. Create a password for each reservation if booking more than one room to secure your credit card information.
3. Select your arrival and departure dates. Room rates apply only for reserved nights and vary by property.
4. Enter payment information. A major credit card is required for all reservations at the time of booking, but cards will not be charged at the time of reservation. 
5. Credit unions may book as individuals or groups, with a maximum of 10 rooms per group. 

Cancellation and Critical Dates 

• Reservations canceled on or before Friday, December 18, 2026, will not be charged a cancellation fee. 

• Reservations canceled on or after Saturday, December 19, 2026, are subject to one night’s room and tax per room canceled. 

• All reservation changes and cancellations must be completed with the GAC Housing Bureau by 4:30 p.m. EST on Thursday, February 11, 2027. 

• February 12–16, 2027: Reservation information will be transferred from ACU to the hotels. No changes can be made during this time. 

• Reservation changes or cancellations requested after Wednesday, February 17, 2027, must be made directly with the hotel reserved. 

As you are likely aware, America’s Credit Unions (ACU) allocates GoWest a limited hotel room block that is managed by ACU and its rooming block contractor, so we have limited control of many aspects of the rooming scenario, but we are committed to ensuring your rooming experience for the GAC lives up to your expectations.
