  • Lead and develop the Marketing and Product Strategy team, including talent development, performance management, departmental planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and alignment with enterprise priorities.

Your Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, product strategy, or related functions, including responsibility for enterprise marketing strategy, brand, and growth initiatives.
  • Experience developing and executing product strategies, including pricing, positioning, and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of deposit or consumer banking products preferred.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and professional experience may be considered.
