Biography

Lisa Liska is the Guaranteed Loan Branch Chief with the USDA – Farm Service Agency, where she leads efforts to support and strengthen the delivery of the guaranteed loan program. As Branch Chief, she oversees a $17 billion guaranteed loan portfolio and provides leadership and policy guidance for guaranteed loans, which support agricultural producers and lenders.

She brings extensive experience from her previous role as a Senior Loan Officer in the Guaranteed Loan Servicing Branch, including program compliance, risk management and development of national procedures, with recent work focused on IT modernization to improve program efficiency and customer experience.

Earlier in her career, she worked as a Farm Loan Specialist with the Nebraska Farm Service Agency overseeing the state’s guaranteed loan program.
