Biography

Thomas Boucher has been part of the Credit Union Movement for 16 years with North Coast Credit Union. His journey began with eight years on the credit union’s Board of Directors before joining the organization as Community Development Officer and later serving as Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout his career, Thomas has been passionate about the role credit unions play in strengthening communities. He is a strong advocate for collaboration with economic development organizations, nonprofit partners, and community leaders to expand opportunities for members and build thriving local economies.

He continues to champion the Credit Union Movement through industry advocacy and a commitment to the cooperative philosophy of People Helping People.,
