Ryan Brown is the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Canvas Credit Union. He leads the organization’s people strategy, including talent, culture, leadership development, recruiting, and rewards.

Since joining Canvas in 2016, Ryan has helped lead the company through significant growth, a rebrand, a merger, and executive transitions. Drawing on a background in technology staffing, he is passionate about building high-performing cultures and developing leaders who help people and organizations reach their full potential.
