Sarah Hancotte

Biography

Sarah Hancotte serves as Chief Operations Officer at Arizona Central Credit Union, where she leads operational strategy, organizational effectiveness, and enterprise-wide initiatives. With nearly three decades of experience spanning branch operations, core systems processing and integrations, project management, and executive leadership, she is recognized for improving business processes, strengthening organizational capabilities, and delivering sustainable results through collaboration and innovation.

Sarah holds an MBA and is both a Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE) and a Program Management Professional (PgMP). She has been actively involved with GWLN in Arizona since its launch in 2013 and is a passionate advocate for advancing women’s leadership and developing the next generation of leaders. Through mentoring, sponsorship, and community engagement, she is committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals to achieve their full potential.

Sarah also serves on the board of the Arizona Council on Economic Education, further demonstrating her commitment to leadership development, financial literacy, and strengthening communities throughout Arizona.
