BIOGRAPHY:

Alisha R. Arnold is Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Westerra Credit Union, where she oversees the organization’s enterprise risk, compliance, fraud, vendor management, business continuity, and regulatory governance programs. Working closely with executive leadership, she helps identify and address emerging risks while advancing a strong culture of accountability and resilience. She also serves as the credit union’s designated BSA Officer. With more than 15 years of experience in financial services, Alisha started in financial services as a teller and has built up her expertise in enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, internal audit, fraud governance, and operational resilience.

As a panel participant, Alisha offers a pragmatic, human centric, business-minded perspective on managing risk in a rapidly changing environment, aligning regulatory expectations with strategic objectives, and building resilient organizations that can adapt and thrive.
