Joseph (Joe) Norris serves as Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management at Desert Financial Credit Union, where he oversees enterprise risk management, compliance, internal audit, vendor risk management, business continuity, and corporate security. With more than 20 years of experience in governance, risk, and assurance, Joe works closely with executive leadership and boards to strengthen risk oversight while enabling strategic growth.
