Eric Renaud has served as President & CEO of Pima Federal Credit Union since 2016, leading the organization through a period of significant growth, innovation, and member-focused success. Under his leadership, Pima’s assets have grown by 185%, while key financial performance measures, including return on assets and capital ratios, have consistently remained well above peer averages.

Eric’s strategic vision has driven operational efficiency, portfolio diversification, and the expansion of key services, including a robust commercial lending program and innovative digital banking solutions. During his tenure, Pima has consistently outperformed peer institutions in asset, loan, and share growth, including recent loan growth of nearly 20% compared to a peer average of approximately 4%.
