BIOGRAPHY:

Chris Parker is President and CEO of Lighthouse Credit Union, a $2.2 billion institution headquartered in New Hampshire with a presence in Maine that serves more than 170,000 members. He brings 32 years of financial services leadership, including executive roles at The Walt Disney Company, Citibank, and Capital One, and has been part of the Credit Union Movement since 2007.

Under Chris’ leadership, Lighthouse has made housing its North Star, becoming the first lender in New Hampshire to offer ADU loans, launching a first-of-its-kind 100% financing, no-PMI mortgage for first-time homebuyers, and building a regional housing collaborative working toward helping 50,000 people find stable housing within five years.

In 2024, the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston appointed Chris to its Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council (CDIAC). He also serves on the board of directors for The Monarch School of New England and chairs the Lighthouse Credit Union Foundation. Chris holds a B.A. in English from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
