Biography

Jen Anthony, Chief Advisory Officer at NetCov, leads the firm’s cybersecurity, compliance, and executive risk practice. With over 15 years of leadership experience, she specializes in guiding healthcare, defense, and nonprofit sectors through complex governance challenges.

Previously, Jen was VP of Cybersecurity & Risk at Think|Stack and served as CISO for the U.S. Air Force Cyber Operations Center, where she directed mission-critical defense strategies. An expert at translating technical risks into board-level strategy, Jen focuses on building resilient, service-oriented security programs by empowering executive teams to move beyond reactive compliance toward proactive, high-impact organizational strength.
