ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Hawaii Central FCU is seeking a visionary and mission-driven leader to serve as its next President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a role that offers the opportunity to guide a respected community institution into its next phase of growth and innovation. Working closely with an engaged Board of Directors, the next CEO will lead HCFCU through an exciting period of strategic growth. The organization’s 2030 vision targets $500 million in assets by deepening member relationships, expanding well-managed lending, and building a scalable financial platform that supports long-term strength and member impact.

The CEO will play a central role in executing HCFCU’s growth plan through a combination of measured branch expansion, strong legacy partnerships, and technology-enabled efficiency. Planned expansion includes a new branch in Hawaiʻi Kai, with future opportunities in West Oahu and the North Shore, supported by a disciplined approach to site selection and market demand. The next CEO will be responsible for balancing innovation with risk management, ensuring operational scalability while maintaining strong regulatory compliance and sound financial controls.
