BIOGRAPHY:

Jennifer Oliver is a nationally recognized credit union executive and transformational leader rewriting what a modern, mission-driven financial institution can look like. As CEO of Rize Federal Credit Union, she has led a bold evolution — building a digital-first membership platform rooted in California and Nevada — while never losing sight of the foundational credit union promise: equitable access and financial opportunity for all.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Rize has undergone simultaneous brand, technology, and product transformation — building digital-first infrastructure, launching next-generation payment rails, and pioneering AI-driven engagement strategies that scale human connection without sacrificing it.

Before Rize, Jennifer played a pivotal role in the turnaround of the largest credit union conservatorship in the nation, successfully restoring it to its 600,000 members in New York City. She brings that same bias for action and accountability to her volunteer leadership with California’s Credit Union League, FUEL Solutions, and the World Credit Union Foundation, as well as her board service with the Center for Financial Empowerment.

Jennifer holds an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Raised by a single parent with limited financial resources, she was the first in her family to earn a college degree. That personal history shapes everything she builds — and is exactly why she does it.
