Tarun Gudz is a bilingual executive with more than 20 years of experience leading high-performing teams through transformation and complex initiatives. Known for strong strategic leadership and financial discipline, Tarun has a proven track record of improving P&L performance, guiding post-acquisition integrations, and developing leaders who deliver measurable results. Her work has driven margin expansion, stronger operational KPIs, and high team engagement and retention across regulated industries, including utilities, aviation, financial services, and telecommunications. She brings deep expertise in stakeholder management, process optimization, risk management, executive communication, and large-scale operational strategy.

Throughout her career, Tarun has delivered significant organizational impact, including leading the successful merger of two credit unions totaling $3.4 billion in assets and serving 180,000 members, aligning two Boards of Directors around a shared vision, strategy, and governance model. She has also driven strong M&A performance, with a recent acquisition exceeding first-year targets by more than 20%, generating $5.8 million in Net Service Revenue and $1.5 million in EBITDA. Since 2015, Tarun has served as Chair of the Board for Rivermark Community Credit Union in Portland, Oregon, providing fiscal stewardship, strategic counsel, and leadership oversight of the CEO.
