Who You Are

You are an experienced financial services leader who understands how to balance growth with discipline. You’ve led managers and operational teams within lending and collections and have delivered measurable improvements in portfolio performance.

You bring strong knowledge of consumer lending, home equity, and debt recovery operations, along with regulatory requirements that govern them. Mortgage experience is strongly preferred, and you must be eligible for registration under the S.A.F.E. Act.

You are comfortable using data to identify trends, manage credit risk, and communicate performance insights to senior leaders. You’ve led initiatives, implemented technology enhancements, and improved processes with accountability for results.
