BIOGRAPHY:

Nell Callen, a Partner at Curtis Strategy, leverages over a decade of human resources experience to empower her clients. She leads the credit union sector for the firm, bringing targeted strategic insight to this area. Her expertise spans a range of nonprofits—including credit unions, health and human services agencies, and associations—as well as financial services and commercial real estate. She is dedicated to unlocking leadership potential and guiding organizations through strategic and cultural transformations.

Nell holds an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Latin American Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and speaks nationally on organizational design, strategy, and efficiency. Nell’s insights and expertise have been featured in publications by Associations North “Focus North” and Nutter Law’s “The Real Impact.”
